MEET DR. DANO

Dr. Armida Dano received her D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She also has a medical degree from University of New England, Summa Cum Laude. She practices all disciplines of General Dentistry with a special emphasis on Cosmetic and Esthetic Dentistry and patients’ comfort.

Dr. Dano is an accredited Invisalign® specialist, offering an alternative technique for straightening the teeth to traditional Orthodontic treatment with brackets and wires. In addition, Dr. Dano has advanced training in Implant Surgery and Prosthesis, Comprehensive mouth reconstruction and Oral Conscious Sedation, treating a more comfortable and relaxed patient.

Dr. Dano is a second generation of dentists in the family, taking after her father who also is a dentist Oral Surgeon and the one who inspired her into becoming a dentist.

Dr. Dano is an active member of American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, Massachusetts Dental Society, International College of Implantologists. 

Dr. Dano maintains Fellowship and membership with AADS - American Academy of Dental Science.

Dr. Dano has been inducted by her peers and colleagues and maintains Fellowship and membership with ICD - International College of Dentists. The International College of Dentists is one of the oldest and most prestigious honorary dental societies in the world. ICD is the preeminent honorary society for outstanding dentists that have demonstrated integrity, professionalism, leadership and ethical service. Fewer than 3% of dentists in the US have been accepted for Fellowship in the ICD!

Dr. Dano is also part-time faculty,  teaching at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in the Esthetics & Restorative Department.

She enjoys traveling and socializing. “The asset I most value, aside from health, is interesting, diverse and long-standing friendships!”

Dr. Dano was recently nominated on America's BEST Young Dentists Under 40, and published on Incisal Edge magazine fall issue.
